Return & Refund Policy

At Used to Be Punk, every item is made just for you — literally. We use print-on-demand production to keep waste low and quality high, which means your order is created once you hit “buy.” Because of this, we don’t offer returns or exchanges for things like size, color, or “my mom didn’t like it” (though tell her we say hi).

That said, we’re not monsters.

 

✅ If we mess something up, we’ll make it right.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery at admin@usedtobepunk.com with:

  • A photo of the issue

  • Your order number

  • A short note about what's going on

We’ll work with our production partner to send you a replacement or issue a refund -- there likely won't be a need to return the original product.

 

 

❌ We can’t accept returns or refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse (yeah, we’ve been there too)

  • Wrong size or color ordered

  • Delivery issues caused by incorrect address info
