Shipping Policy

Used to Be Punk uses print-on-demand fulfillment. Each item is custom printed after your order is placed, which means shipping times may vary depending on production and destination.


Production Time

Orders are typically produced within 2–5 business days after your order is placed. Once your item has been printed, it will ship, and tracking information will be sent to you via email.


Estimated Shipping Times

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 4–8 business days

  • Europe: 3–8 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 4–10 business days

  • Rest of World: 6–15 business days

Shipping times are estimates and do not include production time. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or other factors outside our control.


Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If you haven’t received tracking within 7 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at admin@usedtobepunk.com.


Shipping Locations

Our fulfillment partner ships from multiple global production centers, often from the facility nearest your shipping address. We currently ship to most countries worldwide. If your country is unavailable at checkout, shipping may not be supported.


Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to sender due to address errors, re-shipping fees may apply.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) at admin@usedtobepunk.com. We’ll work with our fulfillment provider to resolve the issue.
